In which cases can the payment be refunded?

The payment is not paid back after completed meeting. If the doctor is late for more than 30 minutes in relation to the agreed meeting time, you may be reimbursed for the payment. This applies when the hour is booked at least one day in advance.

If you have paid for a meeting that could not be completed due to technical problems, and your hour thus not being registered, you can be refunded by contacting support@kry.no.
